You can submit your abstract for participation in the congress via the form on our website by October 17, 2025.
Accepted Submissions
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated, and accepted submissions will be finalized and announced by October 24, 2025.
Payment and Final Registration
Final registration and payment procedures for accepted submissions will take place between November 4–7, 2025.
Announcement of the Congress Program
Following final registration, the congress program will be finalized and announced to participants by November 10, 2025.
Congress Dates
After all processes are completed, in-person presentations will be held on December 5, 2025, and online presentations will take place December 6–7, 2025.
Publication of the Congress Proceedings
The congress proceedings, consisting of full papers submitted by November 16, 2025, will be published by December 2025.

Associate Professorship and Academic Incentive Criteria
The Congress meets international standards. In terms of both the scientific committee and the diversity of participating countries, it complies with the criteria for associate professorship (2025) and academic incentives. Relevant official cover letters required for associate professorship and academic incentive applications will be shared with congress participants.
The Congress call has been extended to 30 countries, and applications have been received from 15 countries to date.
- The quota for participants from Türkiye is capped at 45%.

How to Make Congress Payments?
Congress payments should be deposited into the IBAN account that will be sent to participants after the announcement of accepted abstract submissions. Participation fees are as specified on our homepage.
